Forecastle is on the Riverfront in the middle of downtown Louisville. While The Galt House is the “Official Hotel and Headquarters” of the 7th annual event, it is completely sold out the weekend of the event. Therefore, we are suggesting all travelers stay nearby at The Brown - a 5-star, luxury hotel since 1923. The Brown is located less than four blocks from The Riverfront and six blocks from the official after-parties.

The Brown Hotel has reserved a *limited number* of rooms and suites at a special, discounted rate. To reserve, simply click here or the icon above, and type in the password: "Forecastle Festival" under attendee code.

Camping

The historic American Turners property will be the official campgrounds of 2008. Less than (5) miles from festival grounds on the banks of the Ohio River, American Turners offers an array of ammenties to Forecastle travelers, including:

VIP Campgrounds

Forecastle will establish a unique camping experience that will include options for camping, tennis, badminton, swimming, and basketball ~ all in a wonderful riverside location. Live music will be included on a nightly basis, along with additional activities. To guarentee a space, we recommend reserving early. There is also a *limited number* of gated VIP spots available on the 12-acre property, which includes special privileges and a PRIME SPOT in the morning shade, right next to the Ohio River. Rumor has it, that’s where certain bands will stay, too…

Passes will include ONE VEHICLE and a 10” x 10” plot to sit your tent on. You can NOT camp right next to your car. It’s not far, though.

Weekend Passes are $50 in ADVANCE, $75 day of show

VIP Passes are $100 in ADVANCE, $150 day of show
